Delete your Labmart account

You can delete your Labmart account at any time, in the app or with the form on this page. We complete every deletion within 30 days.

Delete it in the app

  1. 1Open the Labmart app and log in.
  2. 2Go to Profile → Delete account.
  3. 3Enter your password and confirm.

You are logged out on all your devices at once. If you log in again before the deletion is completed, you can cancel the request.

In your browser: open Labmart, then Profile → Delete account.

What we delete

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your login and password
  • The notification tokens of your devices
  • Your favorites

What we keep

Orders, invoices, payments and accounting records, without your name or phone number. We keep them for at least 7 years because they are needed for accounting.

When and how

  • We complete the deletion within 30 days of your request.
  • Our encrypted backups keep a copy for up to 6 more months. After that it is gone.
  • Drivers who still hold collected cash must hand it over first.
  • If you are the last user of a lab or supplier account, we ask you whether the business should be closed too.

No access to the app?

Send us this form. We call you on the phone number of the account to confirm that it is you, then we delete the account.

For your privacy we show the same answer whether or not an account uses this phone number.
