Frequently asked questions

How do I get a Labmart account?

Accounts are for labs, suppliers and drivers, and our team creates them. Request an account on this website or in the app (Login → Request an account). We call you after we check your business licence.

How do I pay for an order?

You pay on delivery: in cash to the driver, or with FIB in the Labmart app when the driver arrives. The order is completed once it is paid, and your invoice is then ready in the app as a PDF.

How much is delivery?

The delivery fee depends on the driving distance from each supplier to your lab. The cart shows the fee and the distance for each supplier before you check out.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, while the order is Placed or Preparing: open the order and cancel it. After the driver has picked it up, please contact us.

Something is wrong with my delivery. What do I do?

I am a supplier. How do I get paid?

Labmart pays you for every delivered and paid order through payouts. Your balance, earnings and payout statements are in Finance in the app.

Why does the driver app use my location?

Only during an active delivery trip, to show the lab where its order is. Sharing starts when you tap Start trip and stops when the trip ends.

How do I report a listing?

Open the product, tap the three-dot menu and choose Report listing. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours.

Does Labmart offer lab tests?

No. Labmart sells and delivers laboratory supplies only. We do not offer lab tests or medical services.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Delete account. Without the app, use the form on the Delete account page.
