1About Labmart
Labmart is a business-to-business marketplace and delivery service for laboratory supplies in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Labs order supplies from suppliers through Labmart; Labmart collects the payment on delivery, and Labmart’s drivers deliver the orders. Each supplier is responsible for the products it lists.
2No medical services
Labmart sells and delivers laboratory supplies only. Labmart does not offer lab tests, diagnosis, medical advice or any other healthcare service. Do not use Labmart to order tests or to share information about patients.
3Accounts
- Labmart is for businesses and their staff. Our team creates accounts after a request and a check of the business licence; there is no self sign-up, and we may decline a request.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Give us correct information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account, so tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. Do not share your account.
4Labs
By using a lab account you confirm that your lab holds the licences needed to buy and use the products you order, and that you use them professionally and as the manufacturer instructs. Someone must be at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
5Suppliers
- You are responsible for your products and listings: their quality, safety and legality, correct names, descriptions, prices and stock, and every licence needed to sell them.
- Products you publish go live at once. Prepare accepted orders on time and hand them only to the Labmart driver assigned in the app.
- You set your base price. Labmart adds its commission to the price that labs see.
- Labmart pays you the base amount of every delivered and paid order through payouts. Your balance and payout statements are in Finance in the app.
6Drivers
Drivers deliver orders as shown in the app, take the pickup and drop-off photos, and share their location during active trips. Cash collected from labs belongs to Labmart and must be handed over to Labmart as agreed. An account cannot be deleted while it still holds collected cash.
7Listings and prohibited content
Only verified businesses can publish listings. It is not allowed to list illegal, counterfeit or misleading products, products the supplier is not licensed to sell, or offensive text or images. Product names and descriptions are checked against a list of blocked words when they are published.
Anyone with an account can report a listing (open the product, tap the three-dot menu, then Report listing). We review reports within 24 hours and may hide the listing or deactivate the supplier.
8Prices, fees and orders
- Prices are in Iraqi dinars (IQD) and include Labmart’s commission.
- Each supplier’s delivery fee depends on the driving distance and is shown in the cart before you check out.
- At checkout the prices are checked again; you see any change before the order is placed.
- An order with products from several suppliers becomes one order per supplier.
- A supplier may reject an order, for example when a product is out of stock.
9Payment on delivery
You pay when the order arrives: in cash to the driver, or with FIB in the Labmart app. An order is completed only after it is paid, and your invoice is then ready in the app as a PDF. The app takes no card payments.
10Cancellations and failed deliveries
A lab can cancel an order while it is Placed or Preparing. Labmart may cancel an order until the driver picks it up. After pickup an order can no longer be cancelled. If it cannot be delivered, for example because the lab is closed, the address is wrong or the lab refuses the goods, the driver returns it to the supplier.
11Refunds
Labmart handles all refunds. If there is a problem with a delivered order, such as a wrong, missing or damaged item, contact us with the order code. We review every case and may refund all or part of the payment: FIB payments through FIB where possible; otherwise, and for cash payments, by bank transfer or in cash, with a reference.
12Acceptable use
Do not misuse Labmart. In particular: do not give false information, try to access other accounts or data, attack or overload the service, collect data from it automatically, or use it for anything unlawful.
13Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time (see Delete account). Labmart may suspend or close an account, or hide listings, if these terms or the law are broken, if a licence is no longer valid, or to protect users or the service. Orders already placed are completed or cancelled as described above, and accounting records are kept as described in the Privacy policy.
14Liability
Labmart runs the marketplace with reasonable care, but cannot promise that it is always available or free of errors. Suppliers are responsible for their products. As far as the law allows, Labmart’s liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and Labmart is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version and the effective date are shown at the top of this page. When there is a new version, the app asks you to read and accept it before you continue.
16Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Kurdistan Region and the Republic of Iraq. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably; otherwise the competent courts in Erbil decide.
